# DearSA gears up for legal tussle with Dlamini-Zuma over compensation scheme

- **The decision to have the scheme established was made by the National Coronavirus Command Council, which approved a recommendation to establish it to protect the rights of citizens who will be vaccinated. **

- **DearSA requested the period for public comment be extended by no less than three weeks to allow for sufficient and proper public comment. **
